Model MAF01 from Xiaomi Mijia combines 360° hot-air circulation for low-oil cooking with smart control via touch screen, OLED display, and the Mijia app—including 50+ smart recipes, custom modes, and 24-hour scheduling.

Cooking modes

Air circulation and cleanup
360° circulation heats food evenly for crisp exteriors; a bottom oil filter collects excess fat after cooking. Double-layer water-based non-stick coating with wear-resistant PTFE on inner and outer surfaces, strengthened adhesion layers, and an alloy base plate simplify cleaning. An innovative stripe air duct improves airflow; a safety net limits contact with the top heating element.
