These terms apply to all orders placed on TechHubb.pk. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Warranty Policy and our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Orders
A valid phone number is required for every order so we can contact you about delivery. Order cancellation depends on whether your order has already been processed or dispatched — contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). We accept Cash on Delivery in all cities with no maximum order value, JazzCash and bank transfer. Cash on Delivery orders carry a 4% government-imposed fee on the order total (products and delivery), shown at checkout; JazzCash and bank transfer have no additional fees. Orders paid by JazzCash or bank transfer are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to orders paid by Cash on Delivery; delivery is free on orders paid by JazzCash or bank transfer. Delivery times and options are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Warranty, returns & exchanges
Warranty claims, returns and exchanges are handled under our Warranty Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims about faulty, damaged, wrong, missing or Dead on Arrival products. Products are not returned or exchanged for change of mind.
