Who we are
TechHubb is an online and retail shop for mobile, computer and everyday tech accessories, based at Shop # LG-27D, Hafeez Center, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. This website is at https://techhubb.pk/.
Information we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, and the products, prices and payment method of your order. A phone number is required so our courier and team can reach you about delivery.
- Account details — if you create an account: your name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form) and your saved addresses and order history.
- Payment confirmation — for JazzCash or bank transfer orders, the transaction reference or receipt you send us. We never see or store card numbers on this website.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or the contact details on this site, such as warranty claims and unboxing videos.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded in server logs for security and to keep the site working. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which record how you use the site — pages and products viewed, items added to the cart and purchases — using cookies.
How we use it
- To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including sending order confirmations and status updates by email and by WhatsApp.
- To handle warranty claims, returns and exchanges under our policies.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and fix problems.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel lets us measure and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram; Google and Meta process that data under their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to do the job, with:
- Courier companies that deliver your order (your name, phone number and address).
- Our email and hosting providers, who process the data on our behalf so the website and order emails work.
- Banks and payment services you choose to pay through, such as JazzCash or bank transfer.
- Google and Meta, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to.

The website uses cookies to keep your cart, sign-in and wishlist working and to measure visits and ads. See our Cookie Policy for the list.
How long we keep it
We keep order and warranty records for as long as we need them to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting rules. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and the data we are not required to keep.
