Speed and compatibility

SATA III and USB 3.0 support data transmission up to 5Gbps. The reader works with most 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch SATA III/II/I HDDs and SSDs up to 16TB, including examples such as Samsung 860 EVO 2.5-inch SSD, Crucial BX500/MX500, WD Blue/Green SSD, Kingston A400 2.5-inch, Toshiba TR200, and Seagate BarraCuda HDD.

Power note for 3.5-inch drives
