Design and handling
The gimbal folds for portability and weighs roughly 370 grams. The pan axis can tilt forward for low-angle underslung shots without flipping the whole unit. Magnetic attachment lets the phone snap into the clamp; integrated tripod legs at the base support stationary setups such as time-lapses or solo recordings.
Software and creative tools
ActiveTrack 7.0 is designed to maintain subject lock even when they briefly leave the frame or turn away. The DJI Mimo app unlocks shot guides that suggest camera moves based on your environment, and a side wheel supports smooth zoom and focus control—including dolly zoom–style effects.
