Description
Overview
Amazfit Balance blends a premium 1.5″ AMOLED watch face with Bluetooth calling, deep health analytics, and up to 14 days of battery life. It runs Zepp OS 3.0 and syncs with the Zepp app on Android and iOS for coaching, navigation, and customization.
Design & Display
A lightweight 35 g metallic frame pairs with a 1.5″ AMOLED screen at 480×480 resolution, anti-glare glass, and up to 1,500 nit peak brightness for outdoor readability.
Readiness, Sleep & Relaxation
Wear the watch overnight to receive a morning Readiness score reflecting mental and physical recharge. Low scores can open Readiness Insights in Zepp Aura, guided by a sleep-health knowledge base. Built-in sleep monitoring, meditation, and breathing exercises complement a free trial of Zepp Aura, which adapts soundscapes to biometrics and supplies sleep reports, expert tips, and an AI sleep assistant chatbot.
Body Composition & Vitals
Beyond heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and sleep tracking, measure eight composition metrics from the wrist: body fat, skeletal muscle, muscle, water %, bone mass, protein %, BMI, and basal metabolism. Not intended for users who are pregnant or who have implantable pacemakers, defibrillators, or similar medical devices.
GPS & Coaching
- Dual-band GPS with a circularly polarized antenna using signals from six satellite systems for strong accuracy near buildings or tree cover; import route files from Zepp for wrist navigation.
- Zepp Coach AI fitness plans balance training and recovery and include an in-app AI chatbot for training questions.
Connectivity & Apps
Bluetooth calling uses the built-in speaker and microphone to answer or place calls, including dial pad dialing. Store MP3s on the watch for speaker playback without your phone. Zepp OS 3.0 supports 150+ downloadable mini apps and can pair with external sensors such as heart rate belts or cycling power meters.
Battery & Daily Use
Up to 14 days battery life on a charge. Automatic GPS mode adjusts positioning settings in strong signal areas to conserve power. Water-resistant design handles splashes, rain, sweat, and pool use for swim session tracking.
Notifications
View alerts for calls, messages, emails, and apps directly on the wrist.
